Reuters: Chavez Uses Presidential Summit to Chide U.S.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Tuesday dismissed U.S. criticism of his leftist rule at a summit with the leaders of Brazil, Colombia and Spain and said new geopolitical alliances were emerging in the world.
