Foreign Secretary David Miliband says he will stand in the contest to become Labour leader sparking a bitter fight in the party between the Blairite and Brownite factions. As Cabinet members made their way into No10 for an emergency meeting tonight, Deputy leader Harriet Harman, Home Secretary Alan Johnson and Children's Secretary Ed Balls were all being tipped as possible replacements.
