"EU ministers endorse controversial roaming plans
Holidaymakers will be able to benefit from lower mobile phone charges this summer following an agreement by EU ministers on Thursday.
Meeting in Luxembourg at the telecoms council, national ministers endorsed the deal already agreed by MEPs to cap so-called roaming charges, bringing down the cost of calls sent and received abroad."
