Singapore Airlines takes delivery of second A380
Singapore Airlines has taken delivery of its second A380, the world's largest civilian airliner, according the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus. The plane, delivered 18 months behind schedule because of production problems, left Toulouse-Blagnac Airport in southern France for Singapore on Friday. A first A380 was handed over to Singapore Airlines on October 15 and since October 28 has been operating daily service between Singapore and Sydney.
