European Socialists pay tribute to Cook as promoter of EU-Muslim world dialogue.The Socialist Group in the European Parliament mourned Sunday the sudden death of Robin Cook as ''huge loss to social democrats across Europe.'' ''As a former President of the Party of European Socialists, ...we will remember him not only for his work to develop European Union policies but also for his endeavors to strengthen EU links with the United States and to create a true dialogue between the EU and the Muslim world,'' said Martin Schulz, leader of the European Parliament Socialist Group.
