Crain Communications to Launch Business Insurance Europe
Crain Communications Inc. announced recently it will launch "Business Insurance Europe," a London-based, biweekly news magazine focused on news, trends and issues of interest to corporate risk management executives in Europe. Staffed with a large contingent of business reporters located throughout Europe, Business Insurance Europe will begin with a pilot issue on June 12, 2006, and will publish biweekly beginning in September 2006. The print edition will be published in English with translation of some or all of the content into several languages provided on the publication's Web site.
"As the European Union steadily expands, risk managers are demanding to know more about new risks and opportunities in their market while risk management continues to be one of the business world's most critically important and dynamic subjects," said Keith Crain, chairman of Crain Communications. "Business Insurance Europe will champion the European corporate buyer's perspective as Business Insurance has done for its predominantly U.S. readers for nearly 40 years."
