Kurdish Terrorist Kill Five in Car Bombing in Turkey - by Matthew Williams
A vehicle that was transporting troops in Diyarbakir, a southeastern Turkish city passed a five star hotel when a car nearby exploded. The bomb was detonated by Kurdish terrorists. Five people were killed, including two students who just exited the building they were taking courses. Gov. Huseyin Avni Mutlu said: “A bomb left in a car ... was set off with a remote control. It was a very strong one. It was targeting a military service bus.” According to him 30 soldiers and many civilians including children were among those wounded.
