World soccer fans around the globe received great news on Thursday when FIFA announced it had approved the use of goal-line technology for future tournaments.
Too many times over the last few years, teams have been negatively affected by referees making the wrong decisions when there is a question of whether the ball crossed the goal line or not.
Hopefully UEFA will also get on board soon so the Champions League and European Championship competitions can use this wonderful accurate technology.
