EU plans to refocus ′Sophia′ naval mission on Libya

Following a meeting of EU foreign ministers, the EU's foreign policy chief has said EU countries have agreed to "refocus" the bloc's Mediterranean naval mission on enforcing an arms embargo on Libya.
