′Stealth vegetables′ may solve battle over children′s food
Scientists may have found the answer to the never-ending parental plight of getting children to eat their greens - "stealth vegetables". Researchers found that by sneaking vegetables into youngsters' meals, they boosted their vitamin intake while lowering their calorie count. The use of "stealth vegetables" might now become a major player in the dinnertime wars between parents and their fussy offspring.
