The future of entrepreneurship education in the Arab world topped the agenda of the Entrepreneurship for Arab Schools which was recently hosted at the Qatar Foundation's Student Centre in Doha by INJAZ Al Arab, a non-profit organization and affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide.
The Entrepreneurship for Arab Schools, which brought together Arab Ministries of Education, the Arab League, World, business leaders and leading NGO's in the field, made plans on the way forward for an aligned Arab Entrepreneurship Education Strategy across the Arab region.
The meeting's objectives showed that it was imperative for an entrepreneurship education policy in Arab governments and launched a regional strategy for integrating entrepreneurship education into national school systems across the Arab World.
A collaborative ethos encouraged the participants to work in partnership towards a shared policy goal.
