Serbia and Romania have overcome their differences, concerning the Vlach minority in Serbia, the online edition of Serbian newspaper Blic reports. Inter-governmental committees reached an agreement on the issue, and as a result Romania would withdraw its conditions, which prevented Serbia from being granted an official EU candidate status.
The two countries have agreed the people from the Vlach minority to be allowed to have the freedom of self-determination of their nationality.
