Mother’s Day to be celebrated worldwide today

Honoring Mothers Day

People across the globe, including Pakistan, are celebrating Mother’s Day today (Sunday) to share their sentiments and express profound love for their mothers.

The day to honor motherhood is celebrated on the second Sunday of May and is a time to appreciate mothers and mother figures, expressing gratitude for the hardships they bear in bringing up a child.

Like every year, the day will be marked with the same spirit and enthusiasm and public and private organizations as well as schools will arrange colorful programs in connection with Mother’s Day celebrations.
