EU-Digest is published in English, but is now also available in most other language, using the latest Google automated translating technology. Not totally perfect yet, but fine-tuned and improved on a regular basis by Google.
Just scroll down the right hand panel of EU-Digest and look for the heading which says :
TRANSLATE EU-DIGEST and select your language of preference.
