A clear majority of French citizens want the EU constitution renegotiated, and around three-quarters believe France could achieve major changes in the text, according to an opinion poll to be released today.
The poll by the CSA Institute showed that 61 pct of French voters said it should now be renegotiated, while only 35 pct said nothing more should be done with it.
