A350 on schedule says Airbus boss
AIRBUS says it has learned its lessons from the costly delays to its flagship A380 program, and is determined not to let similar problems plague the A350 XWB. Airbus chief executive Thomas Enders this week scotched media suggestions that the A350 program was already behind. "The development of the A350 XWB is on schedule," he told a National Aviation Press Club lunch in Sydney. "We have a new approach at Airbus. Let me summarise it by saying it's a far more integrated one than in building previous aircraft."
