Political turmoil in Hungary makes short-term outlook very uncertain
Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány's self-critical speech - recorded in a closed Socialist Party conference in late May (a month after general elections) - was released during the weekend.
In this speech freckled with obscenities the PM admitted that his government had been lying for 1.5-2 years before the elections, and the Socialist-Liberal government coalition did nothing to be proud of in the 2002-2006 period.
