The first 3+3 meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Baltic and South Caucasian States was held on 6 December 2005 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Foreign Ministers met to discuss the bilateral cooperation between the regions as well as the cooperation within international organizations.
