European Royalty: Topless photos of Princess Kate spread across Europe and beg the question: Can we afford this costly "Royal Disney World" ?

Photographs of a topless, sunbathing Princess Kate Middleton have now been published in tabloids in France, Ireland and Italy, with the British royal family using all possible means in both the court of law and court of public opinion to tamp down images' seemingly inexorable spread.

Meanwhile, apparent insinuations by Closer magazine's editor that photos of the couple having sex were also taken, have one Internet porn site offering a blank check to anyone with the footage.]

On Monday, an Italian gossip magazine owned by former Premier Silvio Berlusconi published a 26-page spread of topless photos of Prince William's wife Kate despite legal action in France against Closer, the magazine that published them first.

Note EU-Digest: European Royalty should more than anyone else be aware that they can not behave like the average "Joe Bloke" in Public. They have been given a privileged position with a lot of perks,  including being tax exempt, and let's face it, they basically produce very little except maybe a lot of "fodder" for the Paparazzi.  Maybe it's time for European Governments, which are using taxpayers money to support  their Royal families luxurious lifestyle to look more closely at this costly "Royal Disney world"? Their time might have come and gone?
