Talks between Russia’s President Putin, France’s President Hollande, and
German Chancellor Merkel have been constructive and work is underway on
a possible joint document aimed at implementing the Minsk agreements,
said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
After over an hour of talks, the three leaders went out to reporters for a protocol photo shoot before continuing.
According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the talks are being held without any delegation members.
