Head of Europe's biggest ISP resigns
JUN. 2 7:58 A.M. ET The chief executive of T-Online International AG, Europe's largest Internet service provider, resigned on Friday, the company said. Rainer Beaujean stepped down as CEO a day after a German federal court cleared the way for T-Online's absorption by majority owner Deutsche Telekom AG, dismissing appeals against the deal. No immediate reason was given for Beaujean's resignation, but T-Online said it was "by mutual agreement."
