A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that
just 35% of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. economy is at least
somewhat fair to the middle class. Most, however, (63%) think it’s
unfair.
This includes just five percent (5%) who say the economy is Very
Fair to middle-class Americans and 21% who say it’s Not At All Fair.

The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on October 4-5, 2016 by
Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage
points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen
