International survey gives Denmark top venture ranking
Deutsche Bank has published a survey showing that Denmark is world champion in attracting private investments for entrepreneur companies. The level is even higher than both the USA and the average for the EU, writes the news agency Ritzau. According to Deutsche Bank investments correspond to 0.4 per cent of Denmark’s gross national product in new-started companies. It is significantly better than the USA, Sweden and Great Britain – i.e. when the investments are compared with the countries’ total economy.
The EU’s average is according to the survey approximately 0.11 per cent whereas these types of investments in the USA are of approximately 0.17 per cent.
